Session Notes
Yeast Strain(s) Used: Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale
Fermentaion Temp: 68°F
Trying to get everything out of the Crystal 90L but added some BP and some very pungent hops. Not a huge amount but just enough to have good flavor. Since the ABV is going to be a little higher, I'm going to add some Yeast Nutrient ( 8 tps) and a bit of Irish Moss ( 3/4 Tsp )for clearing. This will be keg conditioned and served with N2.
