Yeast Strain(s) Used: Wyeast Scottish Ale
Fermentaion Temp: 68°F
Should be 1/2 oz of Simcoe & Amarillo hops added at end of boil. Dry hop for 7 days in second fermentor with 1 0z each of simcoe and amarillo.
