Yeast Strain(s) Used: 1056
Fermentaion Temp: 67°F
Corrected hop level. Will add some hop extract for final IBU level. Double Barrel Amber Ale made for a 2 bbl system. 60 gallons batch, 5 gallons diverted for Belgian Ale yeast and another 5 gallons diverted for Dark Crystal additions and Kent Goldings dry hop. Remaining dry hopped with Centennial
