Pale ale malt (well-modified and suitable for single-temperature infusion mashing); American hops; American yeast that can give a clean or slightly fruity profile. Generally all-malt, but mashed at lower temperatures for high attenuation. Water character varies from soft to moderately sulfate.

Yeast Strain(s) Used: American Ale
Fermentaion Temp: 68°F
There are several substitutions here: Carapils is the closest I could find for Carfoam, which I used. Smoked Malt is the closest I could find for the Cherry Wood Smoked Malt I used. Also substitutions in the Hop Schedule. Czech Saaz is the closest I could find for the New Zealand Motueka I used and Fuggles is the closest I can find for the New Zealand Southern Cross I used. I dry hopped the with the Amarillo.
